Your first week, step by step
You do not have to learn it all at once. Here is a gentle first week.
Day 1
Sign in, tick Keep me signed in, open your Dashboard, and check your Ascension Map is right.
Day 2
Continue one course lesson. If you have Astra'Luma, ask her one real question about something you are living with.
Day 3
Set up your areas, and ask one question in the area that matters most this month.
Day 4
When an answer lands, make it an Attunement and press Listen.
Day 5
Do its practice with her, then log your first return.
Day 6
Read your six cards, and say one Activation out loud.
Day 7
Choose your nudges, and share one small win.
