Keep saves it so you can find it again. Listen reads it aloud. File moves it into an area. Attunement has her write it out in full. This didn't land tells her what was off, so the next answer is better.

After each conversation she keeps a short private note of your focus, goals, challenges and themes, so next time she picks up the thread. It is never shown back to you as a list.
Your privacy
