  1. Finding them

    Menu > Your courses lists everything you are enrolled in, with how far along you are. Continue takes you straight to the next lesson.

  2. Inside a lesson

    Read, watch or download it. Many lessons can be read aloud to you, so you can listen while you walk or drive. Mark it complete when you are done and the next one opens.

  3. In order or not

    Some programs open one lesson at a time, each after the last is finished. Others let you go anywhere. The course tells you which.

  4. More to explore

    The Learn part of the Menu also has Continuing Education, Online and Live Retreats, Activations, Mentorships, Master Minds, events, resources, videos and the blog.
