Areas: one place for each part of your life

Down the side of the chat are your areas. Whatever area you are in is where your next question is filed, and the guide stays focused on that part of your life.

  1. The starting four

    Everyone begins with Body, Relationships, Business and Spirit, plus General for everything else.

  2. Make them yours

    Set up my areas asks four short questions about your life right now and suggests two or three areas to start with. Nothing is created until you say yes. You can run it again any time.

  3. Your own

    Add a New area, rename or archive one. Deleting an area never deletes your answers; they move back to General.

  4. Two maps together

    In Relationships you can read your codes beside someone else's, for the questions that are really about the two of you.

  5. From an area to an Attunement

    Gather into an Attunement has her write one piece from everything in an area.
