  1. Your sessions

    Menu > Your sessions is a calendar of the days you showed up and what each session was about. Press Update session summaries to have her write them up, and Pick this up in the chat to carry on.

  2. Nudges, on your terms

    Menu > When I nudge you. Choose daily, weekly or monthly, the hour you actually read email, your time zone, and what to stretch you in. Nothing is sent until you switch it on and save.

  3. Your card

    Menu > Your card and photo: your photo, Sun, Moon and Rising, your six codes, and a private view of how you have used Astra'Luma.
