Your account and where everything lives

Everything you had came with you: your courses, retreats, activations, mentorships and memberships are already in your account. This chapter is the map of the building.

  1. Signing in

    Sign in with your email address at Login.asp. Tick Keep me signed in and you will not be asked again on that device for a month. Lost your password? Forgot password on the sign-in page sends you a code to set a new one.

  2. The Menu

    On every page there is a Menu button. It opens everything, grouped as Your practice (Astra'Luma, your map, Attunements, the cards, the Listening room), Learn (your courses and everything else you can study), What you have done (your sessions and wins), Together (messages and the community) and Yours (memberships, your card, nudges, details, orders).

  3. Your Dashboard

    Dashboard, at the top of the Menu, is home: where you left off, what is waiting, and the quickest way back into anything.

  4. My memberships

    Menu > My memberships shows every membership on your account, with a button to open each one, and Manage or cancel any time.

  5. Getting help

    Menu > Customer support keeps every message you have sent us and every reply, in one thread you can add to with text, a picture or a voice message.
