The Five Levels of Consciousness: Learning to Hold an Abstract Frequency in the Creation of the New Earth

There comes a moment on every awakening journey when the old ways stop working.

What once felt certain no longer feels true. The strategies that once produced results begin to fail. The identities that once provided stability begin to dissolve. Relationships change. Careers shift. Priorities reorganize themselves. Even the body begins responding differently to life.

Many experience this period as confusion, loss, or uncertainty. Yet from a higher perspective, something extraordinary is taking place. Consciousness is evolving.

Humanity is moving through one of the greatest evolutionary shifts in history, and with it comes an entirely new way of creating reality. The consciousness that created the old world cannot create the New Earth. The survival-based operating system that humanity has relied upon for thousands of years is no longer sufficient for the realities now emerging.

Our two-strand DNA mind was designed for survival. It learned through memory, repetition, attachment, comparison, and the need for certainty. It asks questions such as: How do I stay safe? How do I avoid pain? What worked before? What evidence do I have that this will succeed?

The survival mind is brilliant at preserving what already exists. It is not designed to create what has never existed before. Yet this is precisely what humanity is being asked to do.

The New Earth does not exist within the known. It exists beyond memory and observation of the field. Beyond inherited identity. Beyond the collective agreements that have shaped human experience for generations. To access it, we must learn to hold consciousness in entirely new ways.

Years ago, many of us began our awakening journey through a sudden disruption. Perhaps it was an illness, a loss, a spiritual experience, the ending of a relationship, or a profound inner knowing that life as we knew it could no longer continue. What seemed at first like a crisis was often the soul interrupting unconscious creation.

Before awakening, many people move through life unconsciously. This first level of consciousness is simply living within collective programming without realizing it. We choose careers because we were told they were practical. We remain in relationships because they feel familiar. We adopt beliefs from family, culture, religion, and society without questioning whether they are truly ours.

Reality appears fixed. Life simply seems to happen. Yet eventually something cracks open.

The second level of consciousness begins when awareness arrives. Suddenly, we realize we have been living inside a reality that was largely created through unconscious programming. We begin to see the patterns, the conditioning, the fears, and the inherited beliefs that have shaped our lives.

This stage can be exhilarating and devastating all at once. The life we carefully constructed may no longer feel aligned. The job, the relationship, the friendships, even our sense of self can begin falling away. Many people spend years in this phase, no longer identifying with the old world yet not fully anchored into the new.

Eventually, a deeper realization emerges: I am creating my reality.

This marks the third level of consciousness. For many, this is where the journey into conscious manifestation begins. We read books, take courses, visualize, set intentions, and begin actively attempting to create change. We recognize that we are no longer victims of circumstance.

Yet there is a subtle challenge hidden within this level. Although we now know we are creators, we often continue creating through the same consciousness that created our previous reality. We attempt to create the future using the mind’s filing cabinet of past experiences. We search for formulas. We look for evidence. We ask others what worked for them. We try to force outcomes into existence.

The personality becomes highly active. The problem is that programming cannot create what exists beyond programming. The known can only recreate itself. At some point, every creator encounters a threshold.

Imagine standing at the edge of a vast canyon at night. Behind you is the life you have known. In front of you is a reality your soul can feel but your mind cannot yet see. There is no bridge. No map. No guarantee.

Only an inner knowing. This is the entrance into the fourth level of consciousness: co-creation.

It is here that Divine Intelligence begins communicating more clearly. Guidance arrives as intuition, synchronicity, visions, dreams, downloads, sensations, or an undeniable knowing within the heart.

You know you are meant to move,  to create.You know something new is calling. Yet often, there is no evidence whatsoever that the guidance will lead where you hope it will. This is where many retreat.

A person receives the guidance to leave the career, begin the mission, move locations, launch the offering, speak the truth, or walk an entirely new path. They say yes. They begin taking action. But when immediate evidence does not appear, fear arises.

The survival mind begins asking:

“What if this doesn’t work?”

“What if I lose everything?”

“What worked before?”

And almost unconsciously, consciousness moves back into old programming.

This movement between the third and fourth levels of consciousness is where much of humanity currently resides. Learning to remain in the fourth level requires developing the ability to hold an abstract frequency.

An abstract frequency is the ability to stay aligned with a reality that has not yet become physical. It is the willingness to remain devoted to what your soul knows while your personality experiences uncertainty.

This is no small task. The two-strand mind seeks proof. The soul seeks coherence.

To create the New Earth, we must become comfortable existing within the unknown for extended periods of time. We must learn to trust Divine Intelligence even when there is no evidence, no validation, and no certainty.

This is the training ground of the wayshower. Eventually with the right tools, spiritual discipline, surrender, and unwavering devotion, consciousness stabilizes.

The fifth level of consciousness emerges. At this level, there is no longer the feeling of receiving guidance from outside oneself. The separation dissolves. The individual no longer experiences themselves as a person trying to create reality.

They become the creation itself. Action flows effortlessly. Decisions arise naturally. Synchronicities organize continuously. There is little overthinking because there is no longer a separation between creator and creation.

The intelligence of life moves directly through consciousness. This is embodied mastery, consciousness from which the New Earth is born.

Humanity does not need more people recreating the past through fear, attachment, and identity. Humanity needs individuals willing to release certainty, transcend programming, and become vessels for Divine Intelligence itself.

The future will not be built by those who cling to what has been. It will be created by those courageous enough to remain within the unknown long enough for entirely new realities to emerge. The New Earth is not a destination. It is a state of consciousness. And each moment, we are choosing which level we will create from.
