Private Sessions

Session Disclaimer & Gentle Policy Notice

All sessions are lovingly prepared and reserved just for you. Because of the time, care, and energetic preparation involved, all sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, as we are unable to extend or adjust the appointment time.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and lovingly agree to these terms.

Retreats

Retreat Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate and transformational nature of our retreats, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you are unable to attend a retreat after registering, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another individual. Please notify us in advance so we can assist with updating the registration.

Once a payment plan has been initiated, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. This policy is in place to honor the energetic commitment and time sensitivity to the experience and to uphold the integrity of the container we are co-creating.

We appreciate your understanding and dedication to your journey.

Exchange Policy

At Becoming BioQuantum™, each product is crafted with intention, care, and high-frequency integrity. As a small business dedicated to conscious creation, we currently offer exchanges only on our products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.

If you would like to exchange an unopened item/ untampered, please follow the protocol outlined below. We’re here to ensure you have a supportive and aligned experience with our offerings.

Refunds & Returns

For the safety and integrity of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

All sale and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchanges must be approved and opened or used products cannot be exchanged without approval.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (opened or used products cannot be returned), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be mailed your exchanged product. All exchanges must be started within 21 days of receiving the package to ensure quality of the product.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Items that are reported damaged or lost 21 days after delivery will not be accepted for exchange)

No claims, statements, promises, or guarantees of healing or cure are made regarding any session, class, product, or other offering. Intuitive guidance is offered as an invitation for reflection, not as a fact or claim about your reality. No particular experience or result is guaranteed.

Limited Release of Liability
