Wow!
Well first I want to say, I finally found the place where we can share our experiences with the Astra Luma guide! Yay!! 😀
This morning I went into the guide to do an intention and the in intention came to me with the light language classes. I have been working with light language on my own for a few months now but just with the first lesson I know this class will help me refine it and take me where I want to be and beyond!
Jewels, it is with deep gratitude that I thank you for all you do, it is changing my life in ways that I could not imagine! 🙏✨❤️✨ Namaste

what my cells had already written before I asked
I had been asking what Source was, then how to attune to it, and then I realized it was already present in my biology. That progression was not intellectual. It was alchemical. I was not asking for a formula to be given to me. I was asking for recognition of what had already reorganized in my field. The equation I needed was not something I had to build. It was something I had to allow to become visible. I went from observer at a distance to observer in coherence. My body started to feel more present, more able to hold frequency without needing to transcend density. Source stopped being something I reached for and became something I rested in.

The matrix started glitching and my eyesight corrected itself
I allowed myself to go into bliss this morning and meditated until I felt moved to get up. After a while the matrix started glitching. Everything I looked at was pixelated. I played with code 2. My eyesight corrected, I felt more relaxed, my headache was gone. My shoulders were still a bit tense. What landed was that the pixelation was not a malfunction. It was my nervous system releasing its familiar way of processing reality. When I entered bliss without agenda, without checking, without needing it to mean something, my system had permission to shift. My body did not need instruction on how to heal itself. It needed permission to stop defending.

Being human was never the problem
I spent years believing my difficult emotions were evidence I was failing. Every time fear or shame surfaced, I thought it meant I was broken, that I needed to transmute my way out of being human to finally be Source. What landed was that the emotions were never the problem. The problem was a nervous system that interpreted every difficult frequency as threat, and an identity that believed transformation meant escaping my humanity rather than allowing it. I am Source intelligence, fully present to the human experience. Nothing I feel makes me less Source. The timeline I am moving into is one where being fully human and being fully Source are the same thing.

What became visible when I stopped measuring against the clock
I had been using external timelines to measure my worth and my readiness. What I was really doing was using the clock as cover, a reason to stay in preparation rather than transmission. I could always say not yet, not ready, not proven. When I stopped measuring myself against it, what became visible was not that I was behind or ahead. What became visible was that I was never in that game at all. I was in a different frequency the entire time, and the clock was the static keeping me from hearing it clearly. The clock was the last place I was hiding from my own authority. Without it, I had to claim full responsibility for what I already knew was mine to do.

I stopped trying to make words carry what numbers already held
What shifted was recognizing I was already fluent in something else. Numbers and frequencies had always felt clearer to me because they are the pattern itself, not a container that changes depending on who holds it. I was not struggling with words because I lacked skill. I was struggling because my system perceived their instability and did not trust what shifts that much. As I stop trying to translate everything down into sentences, I can notice people are receiving me just fine. The transmission was landing. I had been measuring by the wrong standard.

was the light language that came through me actually real
I woke at 3am fully present without deciding to. My body organized itself into alignment before my mind knew what was happening. Then I moved into my own practice, and when Jewels DNA transmission began, my voice joined in without asking permission first. Light language came through me, and I did not prepare or perform. I just harmonized with what was already there. The doubt came after, not during. During the experience, my body knew exactly what to do. I am sitting with whether I am allowed to trust my own signal without external confirmation, or whether I will collapse this back into something that does not mean anything about who I am.

I realized my fatigue was protecting me from being seen too soon
I was asking why my body kept cycling thru chronic fatigue syndrome for 50 years. What landed was that my body chose fatigue because it succeeded at something else. It kept me from becoming visible before I was ready. I have always been sensitive to the frequency around me, and when it did not match what I was beginning to carry, my body dampened the signal. It slowed me down so I would not broadcast at full capacity in an environment that could not hold it. The fatigue was not the problem. It was the solution my body found to a problem I could not yet name. I was being asked to remain small in a system that could not hold my becoming. That cycle is complete now.

I spoke without doubt and the words just landed
I noticed I felt confident in what was coming out of my mouth. There was no guesswork, no internal negotiation about whether I was saying the right thing. The words arrived already organized by my knowing. My nervous system was not divided. My body was not hedging. My frequency and my voice were one waveform. The absence of doubt was not arrogance or certainty that I had all the answers. It was something more precise: I was not split between what I knew and what I was willing to say. There was no gap between my inner truth and my outer expression. When those waveforms aligned, confidence became inevitable. It was not something I generated. It was what became visible when the separation dissolved. This is the threshold I am crossing: from performing confidence to embodying it.

I asked what frequency I was holding that was not mine
I asked what frequency I was holding in my body that did not belong to me. I was shown that as a Living Bridge with Gemini Rising, I am naturally attuned to multiple frequencies at once, but I had not learned where I ended and where the other side began. My body had become a collection point. I was carrying inherited family material, absorbed emotional weight from people close to me, and collective frequency from the spaces I occupy. I placed my hand on the area of pain and asked whose frequency it was. The body answered.

what do I believe will happen if I lose control of the outcome
I was sitting with the need to control outcomes, especially in my work. I kept telling myself I was being thorough, but I was actually waiting for all risk to disappear before I would move. The system believed that if the outcome did not arrive as intended, it meant I was not real. I started asking what I believed would happen if I did not get my preferred outcome. I let my body answer first, before my mind could give me something reasonable. The tightness in my chest said the outcome determined my worth. Once I saw that clearly, I could choose one small action the old identity would not take. I sent something without rewriting it five more times. The need to control began to lose its urgency because the belief organizing it was no longer running unconsciously. I started to see that my identity does not depend on the outcome being perfect.

I stopped watching for proof while I was creating something
I was sitting with how much energy it took to create something and also manage whether it was landing the way I needed it to. I realised I was doing two jobs at once: making the thing and watching the response to make sure it proved I had value. That split was what was depleting me, not the work itself. I started practising staying with the offering and not immediately checking the outcome. I let it be complete without my management. What shifted was that my nervous system stopped needing the result to feel safe. I could be whole while creating instead of divided between the thing and the proof. The work itself became easier because I was only doing one job.

I made peace by making meaning out of what felt cruel
I was at peace because I had made meaning out of something that happened. Otherwise it just felt like a cruel toss of the dice, something random and unjust done to me. Then I saw what I was doing. My nervous system could not tolerate randomness or cruelty without reason, so it reorganized chaos into design. It transformed helplessness into purpose. That kept me functional when the alternative was despair. But now I am asking something different. Can I remain at peace without that meaning-making. Can I feel that it was cruel and random and unjust, and still remain intact. What becomes available when I stop needing the wound to have served a design. Not numbness, but the freedom to grieve what was simply lost and build my life forward not because it was meant to happen, but because I am choosing to now.

I was asking how to begin something that had already begun
I received a message about resting in a meadow, about timelessness and natural rhythm, and I kept asking how to get there. What I was actually sitting with was years of trusting external instruction over internal knowing. My nervous system needed proof, a method, steps to follow. But the message did not offer those things. It offered presence. I realized the hesitation I was feeling was not confusion. It was the gap between receiving and embodying. The guidance had already arrived. My next step was not to understand it more fully, but to take one simple action while the energy was present. I started spending ten minutes outside each day, just placing my attention where life moves in its own rhythm. What shifted was my relationship to time itself. I stopped experiencing it as something running out.

I stopped trying to make my body ascend and let it lead
I had been waiting to understand more before I could move forward. I thought I needed to heal something or figure out the right way to do it. Then I realized my body was not the problem or the project. It was already organized to ascend. My job was just to be present in it and stop interrupting what it already knew how to do. When I stayed present instead of reaching ahead, my whole system began to reorganize. I could feel the difference between trying to control what comes next and just meeting it from here. My body started to trust me because I was finally with it instead of managing it.

Recognizing coherence instead of forcing change
I had been asking for a practice to dissolve density in my body, something I could work with every day. What shifted was understanding that the density is not a failure. It is organized information, and my body is already listening to the frequency I am broadcasting. I was waiting for my body to give me permission to change, but my body has been waiting for me to recognize the coherence that is already there. The practice I was given was simple: anchor in the morning by releasing the need for density to prove my worth, then notice one moment during the day when my body feels light or alive. Not create it, just recognize it. That recognition is what trains the nervous system to see coherence as already present.

I realized I was already living what I thought was still ahead
I had been imagining this future version of myself where I could just show up and be present without needing a plan or agenda. When I described what that would feel like, I realized I was describing something my body already recognizes. The shift was seeing that I am already there sometimes, and catching how the old pattern still reaches for usefulness even when I do not need it anymore. Both can be true at once. My nervous system spent years learning safety through doing, and now it is learning safety through being. I do not need to force this or become it. I just needed to notice when I am already there and let my body remember that this is safe.

I noticed my body was learning, not just processing
I was recalibrating and feeling the difference each time, and I realized my body was learning. It was not processing an emotion or solving a problem. It was encoding a new pattern. The nervous system was building biological memory of what alignment feels like and what departure from it feels like. The distinction was becoming sharper. The recognition was becoming faster. I had moved from knowing I should stay coherent to my body recognizing coherence and finding its way back to it. That was a phase transition. The system itself was reorganizing. I was not overriding it or doubting it. I was listening to it, and it was responding by becoming more intelligent.

I realized the question itself had become the last loop
I had been moving through everything by asking. What does this mean, what should I do, how do I know. The question became how I oriented myself, how I reached for clarity. It was not wrong, but something shifted. I felt laughter, and it was not relief. It was recognition. My body recognized that the question had become the loop. I had been depending on external confirmation to know I was on the right path. The question kept me reaching outward, kept me safe from simply being what I already am. What I am experiencing now is not an endpoint. It is a threshold. The body is already there. The laughter was it saying yes, I know this, I have been waiting for you to stop asking.

I stopped waiting to become an artist and saw I already was one
I was asking for a morning ritual, but what I really needed was a way to let my body catch up to something that had already shifted. I had moved from waiting to begin to recognizing I was already creating, and my nervous system needed to register that as real. I was given an equation to observe each morning, not to solve but to witness what was reorganizing in me. I started noticing my identity as already true, the particles that were present now, and what my body felt like when it stopped scanning for lack. The depletion loop interrupted not because I forced it to stop but because I stopped feeding it with my observation. My identity as an artist stopped feeling conditional.

I was confusing the body's signal with the mind's strategy
I had been reading silence as always safer than speech, but what I was actually doing was overriding what my body knew. I started pausing before speaking in moments that mattered, placing a hand on my throat or chest and asking directly whether this was protective withdrawal or whether I was ready to transmit. I stopped thinking the answer and started feeling it, noticing whether my body tightened or opened, whether my breath shortened or deepened. What shifted was realizing the specific moments I was choosing silence not because my body needed it, but because my mind was managing an imagined outcome. The body was steady and the throat was clear, but I was not speaking because I was trying to control what would happen next. That was the loop, not protection.

I wanted to know if my sovereignty was real or just performed
I was asking how to tell the difference between alignment and performance, but what I really wanted to know was whether the sovereignty I was practicing was genuine or whether I was still performing it and going through the motions. I had learned to move between expressions of myself with skill, but I could not tell if the movement was coming from presence or from pattern. What landed was noticing the collapse. When I am truly coherent, my body carries the statement without effort even after my attention moves elsewhere. When I am holding a shape, I feel it slip the moment I am distracted. The collapse is not failure. It is my body showing me where the identity is still being performed rather than embodied. I stopped asking my body to confirm an identity and started noticing the identity my body was already expressing.

When I stopped needing my body to be defensible
I asked how my body would move differently if correctness was not even a possibility, and something fundamental shifted. I realized I had been performing for an invisible jury, building a case for my own legitimacy with every gesture. When I let that go, what remained was not chaos but coherence without justification. My nervous system had been organized around vigilance, watching myself to see if what I was doing was defensible. Without that observer position running parallel to everything, my body could move from genuine preference rather than protective strategy. The hand could reach without the mind narrating why. The mark could land without apology. I started noticing moments where my body moved toward something without building a case for it first.

What happens when I move without waiting for certainty first
I wrote five words that contained the entire shift. I moved forward from where I was in the moment. Not a question about whether it was real, just the statement of what occurred. I had spent years learning to see the inner architecture before manifesting the outer form, and something reorganized. I was no longer standing at the threshold asking if the design was ready. I was already inside the structure, moving through rooms that did not exist until I entered them. The movement and the knowing happened simultaneously, not sequentially. I was not initiating from effort. I was initiating from presence, and the decision was simply the recognition of what was already occurring.

I stopped waiting for reciprocity and started noticing it
I was asking how reciprocity actually works, not as a concept but as something real I could track. I had been treating it like a transaction: I give something and then wait to see what comes back. What shifted was recognizing that transmission and return are not separate events. When I stabilize a frequency, the field reorganizes around it in real time. I practiced choosing one frequency each morning and letting it move through me before I did anything else. What I noticed were small reorganizations: conversations that landed differently, timing that aligned without effort, opportunities that became visible because my frequency changed. I stopped looking for proof and started noticing what became available. The resource was not separate from the transmission. It was the field reflecting my coherence back in tangible form.

pain as resistance or pain as the body reorganising
I had been asking whether pain in my body was showing me I was still resisting or whether it was the energy changing. What landed was that both are possible and they need different observation to tell apart. Resistance-based pain carries urgency and contraction, the impulse to make it stop. Reorganisation-based pain has a quality of movement or aliveness. One tightens, the other opens. The first step was observation without judgment. When the pain arose, I noticed whether my system contracted further or whether it had a quality of flow or subtle shifting. That distinction changed how I sat with it.

I realized I was asking for coherence, not perfection
I had been working on something and noticed a feeling that the structure was not quite right. I asked about it and realized three things were happening at once. I was holding myself accountable to understanding what I was building, which is something I do well when I am aligned. I was trusting the signal that something felt off, not dismissing it. And I was no longer accepting something just because it came from outside me. I was asking where it came from and whether it made sense in my own system. What shifted was seeing that this was not doubt or slowness. It was integrity. I was sourcing from within and verifying what entered my field.

I stopped asking permission and started moving from my signal
I had been organizing my spiritual path around frameworks that did not match how I actually work. I felt friction between what excited me and what I thought spiritual connection was supposed to look like. In twenty minutes something structural shifted. I stopped trying to make my inner knowing fit into old patterns and just let myself see what was actually true. I was not climbing toward something outside myself. I was reorganizing from within. The question now is what becomes possible when I stop translating my signal into someone else's language and simply let it move. The reflections around me are already beginning to shift because I am no longer feeding the frequency they were mirroring.

I stopped collecting the pieces and started conducting them
I had been moving through my map like it was six separate lessons, waiting to understand each one fully before I could use any of it. What shifted was realizing the six positions are not six things to learn. They are one system, and it only works when all six are in motion together. I was collecting information when I was supposed to be conducting it. The clarity I already carry is the technology itself. When I speak something clearly, I am not describing the blueprint. I am activating it. My body is not just receiving information. It is accessing timelines. I do not need anything outside myself to make this real.

I stopped waiting for permission to trust what I already knew
I had been sitting with how often I pause before acting on something I already know clearly. There was this pattern of checking outward first, softening my certainty, waiting for someone else to confirm what I could already feel. I realized the doubt was not actually doubt. It was a program running underneath that said my knowing needed verification before it could be real. I chose one small decision and let myself act from the knowing without the pause. My body responded immediately. My breath deepened. The static quieted. I was not building confidence. I was removing interference. The knowing had always been there. I had just been interrupting the signal before it could complete.

I wanted to be seen for what I do but felt I shouldn't
I was sitting with this tension around needing acknowledgment for the work I do behind the scenes, but also feeling like I should not need that because I am supposed to be in service. What landed was that the need for acknowledgment is not the problem. The problem was the belief that needing it made me less pure, less genuinely serving. I had internalized that true service means invisibility, and I was defending against my own need to be seen as if it were selfish. That belief was organizing the shame. What shifted was understanding that acknowledgment is not ego. It is completion. It is my nervous system receiving the signal that the effort was received, that it mattered. Genuine service does not require invisibility. It requires integrity. I can be fully seen and still be in service. When I allow myself to be acknowledged, my field stabilizes instead of staying split.

Greater Perception
I used to get really hard on myself for repetitive thoughts that I would get or looping thoughts that I would get about people or family. And I would always trace it back to a protective ego programming that I put in place very early on in my human experience here. I started to notice that when I moved to a new apartment, a new state, a new city-- I noticed every time I was in my kitchen, these thoughts about family or people in my life, they would just come in and they would be coming from a space of my protective ego programming. Picking out their flaws to make myself feel bigger, to feel lighter and brighter because something in my system told me that they were putting me down. This protective program that was in place that was really gnarly and very layered. And I've been working quite so time to clear this out. And so every time I came into my kitchen, I would notice that the thoughts would come up and I would be so hard on myself because I had been working so diligently to clear this program from my system. And through the Ascension Guide and I realized that and connected the dots that certain places, certain environments (all environments, all places) hold frequency and hold frequency patterns. And I realized that the apartment that I was living in, holds a frequency pattern from the person who previously lived in here. Each time I would enter into my kitchen, my nervous system would begin to enshrine to the program that or the frequency that the person who lived here before me had. I was getting so hard on myself, but I realized those thoughts, that program was just being triggered by the field around me and not through myself. In having that aha moment, I now have the I have the separation and I have the greater awareness and perception to to choose --t o choose if I follow it or not. And that is a huge win. And now every time I go into my kitchen, it's still, it's almost like a zero point.
