If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, as we are unable to extend or adjust the appointment time.
